We utilize the latest Creaform, ISO 17025 accredited, Laser Scanners to develop extremely accurate scan data with up to : 0.025 mm accuracy and, 0.064 mm volumetric accuracy (0.0025 in). We then use this data to create a 3D model of the G82 M4 in our CAD Software
Our experience working on other brands of vehicles helped us discover these great plastic push clips that provide great strength and load distribution when compared to replicating factory tabs in carbon fiber. The G8M Side Skirts feature redesigned tabs with slots for these push pins. No more fighting carbon tabs not seating correctly and dealing with parts pulling away from teh rockers
The RSC G8M Skirt is taller and more aggressive than the stock black trim, but we didn't to change any of the attachment points. So to ensure proper fit and gap tolerances we engineered all the rivet locations into raised hard points on the skirt so that there is no gap between the skirt and rocker in these location
Our unique side skirt design is both wider and taller than the stock black side skirt trim found on the G8X. This produces a more aggressive stance that looks wider and lower to the ground.
Sometimes incorrectly referred to as "dry carbon" pre-impregnated carbon fiber is the most expensive carbon fiber manufacturing process and produces the highest quality automotive composites. Our parts are only produced with pre-impregnated carbon fiber and are then cured in state of the art autoclaves to produce a smooth even weave. Each product is then painted utilizing an automotive grade clear coat with the highest quality UV inhibitors to protect against yellowing and discoloration.
