Pre-Order Notes & FAQ
-Due to multiple requests from repeat customers who wish to pre-order parts we are going to try allowing customers to place orders prior to the official launch of the product.
-If it were up to us we would not take orders until the product is in stock & ready to ship. We are trying this so that our valued clients can reserve their spot if they so choose.
-In the event that you Pre-Order a GTZ Splitter, your payment will be fully refundable minus a 5% cancellation fee if cancelled prior to the 12 week quoted delivery time. The cancellation fee covers the Credit Card Fees we are charged for the order. The thought process here is: we're happy to refund a pre-order because you change your mind but we are not going to pay you to pre-order and cancel it and cost us 5% due to no fault of our own.
-Why charge full price? In the past we have had people place deposits for pre-orders and then we can't reach them ever again. We can't refund the deposit, and we don't have payment for the item. This results in wasted time and dead stock. To prevent this scenario and to ensure that the people who really want the product and support RSC can get their splitter as soon as possible you may purchase a slot for full price. If you think this is unfair, greedy, or anything else please sign up for the stock notifications and you will be notified as soon as splitters are placed back into stock for retail purchase.
-If you do not receive the part within the 12 week delivery time quoted - NO CANCELLATION FEE APPLIES. In the event that we fail to deliver the product as promised you are eligible for a full refund with no cancellation fee. We will be happy too try and compensate you with discounted product or in some other way to make up for this inconvenience
The only goal here is to serve our customers. If you do not wish to pre-order we completely understand and will do our best to have retail stock available as soon as possible.
